Hi pals,
It's a great pleasure to write again and moreso be the first to launch this new but amazing contest.
My child sit here, I want to advice you. As your returning back to school.... and most importantly do not accept food from strangers or from your friends, this world is bad. This was the advice I got from my granny everytime I want to go back to school. Let's go through this amazing contest together.
A short understanding of Witchcrafts & Ghosts |

As a child, we've been told many stories about ghosts and witchcrafts.
Witches are said to posses people especially children this the d by enticing them with sweet words and persuading them to take enchanted food stuffs or snacks. Then recruiting them into a dark witchcraft coven, to be doing evil things.
Ghosts on the other hand are believed to be spirits of dear people, who still appear in the mortal world to people especially their loved ones. Their presence is always believed to be accompanied by chilly winds and a distinct smell.

Kaboom!!!!!!!! the thunder struck and lightening ran through the dark skies, illuminating Darkya community for a split second, the skies let go of all it's water as it rained heavily. Within the gloom of the night sat a gloomy figure in an old penthouse, with a huge hat curved at both ends. She wore a pitch black gown and a high heeled shoes that caused the floor board to creek eerily.
Her face was round very oblong and she posses the most cherry lips ever seen, however this was veiled with a thick black lipstick. A look into her eyes made one unconsciously believe he is looking right into an unfathomable abyss. Her every move evoked fear and trembling.
We have been scorned at, we have been condemned by the world, it's high time we arise, it's high time we shine, it's time to make the world tremble at our feet she said as she started levitating and spinning around. Her audience, all wore dark clothes and bowing the answered we hail and obey your words great grand high witch. The sound of their voices sounded like metals scraping each other.

A witch slowly moved to the front and said, your magnificence what is the plan.....
In a small and lowly village named after a Greek goddess Athena, lived a plump girl with rosy cheeks and a cute smile. She loved colourful dresses and playing around her small garden with her only companion, Preeta, her grandmother.
Layla, Granny Preeta called. Your about to go back to school, your really growing fast. You see since your mother Dheema died, I was left alone with the task of taking care of you. And you have been a good girl so far.
However, I need to warn you, do not accept sweets and snacks from strangers lest the bewitch you and you forget about your poor old granny. Your mother also appeared to me in my dreams last night and told me to warn you about this too.
Granny I promise not to receive snacks from strangers and I won't be greedy. Layla promised firmly. That's my My good daughter granny Preeta said while shuffling her hair.
It's a school day and all kids are back in school looking all bright and fresh, it's a new term and a new beginning. Layla was promoted to a new class along with her friends. In class she met a new girl named Ahkeelah. She became friends with Ahkeelah and she discovered Ahkeelah was kind and very funny. She loves sharing her sweets and busicuits.
One day, Ahkeelah offered her sweets and busicuits and as usual Layla turned her down politely as her grandma had taught her. Not withstanding, Ahkeelah persuaded her and Layla eventually gave in. Layla took the sweet and put it in her mouth. It melted right away and she felt as if something hot was rushing through her veins. Her eyes changed and she started shaking. Ahkeelah smiled and muttered "I have finally succeeded". ......
School was over and Layla walked home alone not even bothering to say goodbye to her friends. She did not greet any of her neighbours or elders with a smile as she usually did, she went straight home, banged the door and when the door didn't budge she took a stone and smashed the lock. In the process the door flew open and hit her old grandma who was about to open the door. Grandma Preeta fainted right away. She lazily walked over her grandma lying body while laughing darkly. I feel so powerful......
The neighbors who came out after hearing the commotion shook their heads and said, Alas! Layla has been bewitched....
Layla it's time for school wake up, Dheema her mother shouted as she lushed open Layla's door, this madenlayla shiver as she woke up and discovered she just had a dream. She ran and hugged her mom, while saying I'll never be greedy mommy .
I want to write more, but I'll stop here for now, see ya next week!
