Gender equality is a right that is being fought for by all levels of society, both men and women have the same rights and obligations. We know that in several countries gender equality is something that is not recognized at all so that discrimination from one party always occurs to those who apply rules only from ancestral law. The big difference that we can see today in some areas of the country where gender equality is enforced and those which are not.

How can you help your community forge a gender-equal world?

I think now that gender is no longer a problem in social life, men or women are not a barrier to doing anything, whether in terms of work, leadership, politics, entrepreneurship and other things, even though we know that in some countries gender equality is something that is still debated so far.

Shaping a world with gender equality is an important role for everyone to respect each other be it women or men, this will be realized if we start from the smallest scope, such as starting from our own family by instilling positive values for children we don't discriminate between brothers and sisters, give them the same facilities for education and equal opportunities for every positive thing, that way they will respect each other and such an attitude then continues to a wider scope while at school up to the world of work later.

Can celebrating Women's International day increase visibility and equality?

Not only International Women's Day, the celebration of a day about an important issue can certainly increase visibility and have the opportunity to be understood more quickly by many people, especially in this technological age, every issue that occurs can be quickly disseminated.

I agree that the celebration of International Women's Day can easily provide education to the whole world about awareness of gender equality, where perhaps there are still several states that discriminate only because of gender.

Are the Feminism fight and the Women’s Rights fight the same?

I agree that what can be done by men can also be done by women, there is no gender limit to do something, even women's intelligence sometimes exceeds men.

I also agree that now is not an era where women suffer inequality and violence in the household, women are not male servants who spend their daily time at home serving all the needs of their husbands.

But I don't agree with the term Feminism, because Feminism is an ideology that demands rights for all aspects of life, (equal rights are far more idealistic to use as a term).

What do you say about women in top positions like Presidents, Parliamentarians, Senators, CEOs (Chief Executive Officers), and COO (Chief Operations Officers)? Give possible examples in your country(community)

The presence of women in the world of business, politics and various other aspects will not reduce anything. In fact, we see that several companies led by women can also develop rapidly. Aren't there many women who managed to bring home gold at the International Olympics?

The 5th President of the Republic of Indonesia

In my country, Indonesia, even women have held the highest position as state leaders, namely Hj. Diah Permata Megawati Setiawati Soekarnoputri who was the fifth President of Indonesia with a term of office from 23 July 2001 to 20 October 2004

I think there is no problem with women in top positions such as President, Members of Parliament, Senators, CEOs (Chief Executive Officers), and COOs (Chief Operations Officers) because we have witnessed firsthand when women occupy all of those positions.

What makes a Good Leader (Gender or merit)

I don't blame it if most people think that good leadership is influenced by gender, but in this case I agree more with the opinion that good leadership certainly can be achieved from achievement not from gender. I think so because I have personally witnessed various leaderships run by men and women and it is there that achievement determines the outcome of leadership.

The weight is reduced because of the lack of Voting Power. If you vote for me as a witness, you can get my little vote.

Of course I will take part - thank you for invitation ;-))

I didn't understand your rejection of the term "feminism": what do you mean that this would demand rights in all aspects of life...? Or in which aspects would this demand not be justified in your eyes?

It's terrible that gender bias and discrimination are still pervasive in some societies, where males find it challenging to cede authority to women. An unfounded perception that results from bias and gender stereotypes is that women are ill-equipped to handle positions of authority. Recognizing that women are just as capable of leadership and decision-making as men is crucial.

Hello friend, excellent answers. I agree with everything. All people regardless of gender should deserve respect and the same rights. Women can also obtain high positions, since everything depends on ability and achievements, not gender. Congratulations and many successes!!

International Women's Day serves as a reminder of the ongoing fight for gender equality and the progress that has been made so far. It is a time to reflect on the challenges and obstacles that still need to be addressed and to renew our commitment to promoting gender equality in all areas of society.

starting from our own family by instilling positive values for children we don't discriminate between brothers and sisters

I so much believed in this concept. I had same ideology on this. It is a gradual process but an effective way to completely eradicate this concern in society.
