But what if you don't have anyone to help you like in the case of the man?

    Even if you don’t have anyone.
    To solve the problem, you need to first of all identify the problem. Then you do research on it. Find out what is destroying your mental health then it may be hard but destroy it. You are the owner of your own future. Never give up.
