My Favourite🥰 Subject

While in school my absolute favorite subject was Mathematics. Though I studied various variations such as Additional Mathematics and Further Mathematics, I consider all of them to be branded under "Mathematics" in general.

Mathematics for me is not even a subject. Rather, I see it as a language, the same as English or French. You may be wondering why I say that Mathematics is a language. The reason is simple. How you can use English or Spanish to communicate fully with another person, is the same thing with Mathematics. It has its grammar, vocabulary, punctuation, and even writing symbols. Isn't that cool?

And not only is Mathematics just a language, but it is also a very special language. The language with which life is written. That is why so often you will hear some people say Mathematics is life. Because it is🥰. I just love Mathematics so much.

Everything you do has Mathematics at its base. I may just be carrying water from a tap but my mind is creating a differential equation that represents the action in the mathematics world. It just comes as naturally as talking.

Equally, my Mathematics teachers were always my favorites. I don't think I've ever had a Mathematics teacher that I didn't like. They were always very funny, interactive, and mind-opening. Each Mathematics period was amazing because not only do we get to learn more from a great mind. Mathematicians have a unique way of thinking and I was always fascinated by how my mathematics teachers reasoned.

My whole life has and will always revolve around Mathematics. My great love for it even pushed me to pursue my higher education in the studying Mathematics. And it's a decision I enjoy every day.

My Worst😩 Subject

In school, I was a well-rounded student and never lagged in any subject. I also loved each of my subjects as they satisfied my inquisitive nature with different types of knowledge. So I did not hate any subject at all. But if I am to select a "worst" subject, I am afraid it is going to be Citizenship.

I love the subject in itself. You get to learn about the laws of the country, international laws, your rights, duties, and responsibilities as a citizen, child, and girl. It was a very interesting subject for me and I always liked it.

So why do I say it is my worst subject? Well, it is for one reason only. It invokes sleep in me😂😂😂😂. As in, no matter how interested I am, I always sleep in my Citizenship classes. If you could get a record of all the classes I slept in, you will realize that the highest frequency will be Citizenship classes.

Let me let you guys in on a secret. I have attended just 5 citizenship classes awake in my entire form four year😂😂💔. I didn't even have any notes as I was hardly awake. I had to read but a textbook to write my exams.

It also didn't help that for some reason, all the Citizenship teachers I had, had some sort of sleeping spell on their tongues. Because the moment they start speaking, I'm already off😂. I did try my best to stay awake but their spells were too powerful for me.

In conclusion, my best and worst subject was Mathematics and Citizenship respectively. And the reason why is as written above.
