Hope everybody is doing well. By the grace of God, you are all well. I'm much better. Today I am going to participate in "Engagement Challenge S8W4" in Steem Cameroon community and today's Engagement Challenge topic is "AN APPLE A DAY KEEPS THE DOCTOR AWAY". Not only apples but all kinds of fruits need to be consumed to keep the body healthy. To keep the body healthy, take as much as the body needs. I am very happy to participate in today's Engagement Challenge and now I will present to you the topics of today's Engagement Challenge.

What do you understand by this statement?


Apples already contain a lot of nutrients. If you can eat apples every day, then there is no doubt that the body can be protected from all kinds of minor diseases. When we work hard, our body needs nutrients. Apples are rich in fiber, vitamin C and antioxidants, which are beneficial for your overall health. Eating apples is also associated with a lower incidence of heart disease, cancer and diabetes. Other factors, such as general nutrition, physical activity levels and heredity, play an essential role in health and disease prevention. Moreover, it is very essential to keep the body healthy. And if the body is healthy, the mind is good and if the mind is good, all kinds of work can be done.

What are some practices/habits you do to make sure you're healthy? (State and give the importance in your own words)


  • I wake up every morning to keep my body healthy. And waking up every morning is very beneficial for all of us.

  • Try to drink enough water every day. Drinking plenty of water every day keeps the body healthy. It removes the harmful substances from the body.

  • Every day I exercise and do a lot of walking which keeps my body healthy.

  • I always stay away from alcohol and smoking to keep my body healthy.

  • Every night we go to sleep early in the morning because sleep is very beneficial for our body and through this sleep we can rest our body.

  • I try to take advice from the doctor regularly to see what can be done to improve the body.


How did you discover these activities? Did you discover the activities/habits by yourself or someone told recommended them to you?


When I was a student, all the rules had to be followed in match life. All the elder brothers of the match kept their bodies healthy by indulging in the above practices. When I get up they also ask me to do the above practices so that everyone stays healthy and can focus on studies. And the brothers used to say that one should learn everything in the student life and if you master all these habits once, it will be very useful for the rest of your life.

What are the health benefits of the habit(s)?


The practices I mentioned above. Because of this practice I can always keep my body healthy. We get many benefits from these practices. A healthy person's performance is healthy. Good health motivates us to live a better life. And if our health is good we can live our life happily. By eating poetic diet we can avoid many types of diseases. Exercise keeps us fit and healthy. Eating vegetables or fruits every day can save us from going to the doctor.

Do you think everyone could engage in these habits? Explain


Everyone always tries to keep everyone's body healthy. There are types of steps Everyone wants to take all types of steps but in many cases cannot develop these habits. As I begin by giving you an example, most of the people in our world are addicted to smoking and alcohol consumption. People who cannot rid themselves of this alcohol smoking will not be able to stay healthy even if they take many steps to stay healthy, they will slowly become ill. So everyone understands how to take care of the body but not everyone can take steps. There are some things that people can't do even if they want to, but if we follow some rules, we can keep our body healthy. A lot of fruits have to be filled and there is no alternative to eating vegetables to keep the body healthy. We all should eat all the fruits that are available seasonally, it will keep the body healthy.

What health tips would you give steemians?


  • I want to say that you have to wake up early in the morning to keep your body healthy. And waking up will give you plenty of time in the day to energize you for the day.

  • To keep your body healthy, you need to drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water every day. Drinking water increases the immunity of the body.

  • You should try to exercise every day, but if you can't exercise every day, you should exercise three to four days a week. First warm up before exercise and then do heavy exercise.

  • Intoxicants such as smoking, alcohol should not be eaten. All these substances lead to destruction of our body.

  • Every morning when you need to wake up, you should try to go to sleep early at night. Through this sleep we can remove all the fatigue from our body and get rest.

  • Follow the doctor's advice regularly. If you have any kind of problem, you should go to the previous doctor and take advice, what will happen if you do something and what foods are good for our body.

Apple is a vitamin rich and everyone's favorite fruit. The qualities of this fruit cannot be overstated. Yes that's true. Fruits contains diverse nutrkenrs and microelemnts in good quantity which aid in various body processes.

I wake up every morning to keep my body healthy

As for wakkmg up early is considered , i habe been struggling to follow this routine but fail often.

I do folllow skme good habits like no smoking and alcohol and walkimg .

You have provided some valiable advices to steemians like wakkmg up early , taming water, avoid alcohol etc.
