Steemit Engagement Challenge S8-W4: An Apple a Day Keeps the Doctor Away

THIS is my second time participating in the Steemit Engagement Challenge initiated by @steem-cameroon. Of course there is a feeling of joy in me. For that I invite steemit colleagues to take part in this contest @isnorman, @acehero and @abuarkan.
What do you understand by this statement?
This statement is full of meaning. There is an implied message in it. This sentence shows that if we routinely do something there must be benefits. This time it was related to health issues. Taking care of your health is not only when you are sick. Before disease comes, we must prevent it first.
One of the ways offered is to eat one apple a day. This sounds like a mild problem. However, for certain circles, it may be a bit burdensome to eat one apple a day. Unless he has an apple orchard next to his house.
Why is that? Because in certain countries sometimes the price of apples is more expensive. With the current state of the economy, it may be a bit overwhelming for some people to eat an apple every day.
However, how sweet it would be if we could all live healthily by maintaining a healthy diet, exercising and sleeping well and eating fruits regularly. You may eat any fruit as long as it is beneficial to your body and health.
What are some practices/habits you do to make sure you're healthy? (State and give the importance in your own words)
The habits of people in maintaining health are of course different. There are those who regularly drink water in the recommended amount for health. But in maintaining a healthy body I always eat according to the body's needs with adequate nutritional intake.
Another habit is, always eat fruit. I prefer to drink juice, and eat citrus fruits, pears, salak, rambutan, duku. I do this routine regularly. I just don't get enough exercise. Usually I just play football. But within a year, this was no longer the case.
To make life fresher, I make it a habit to sleep well. If I get enough sleep, it usually keeps me in good physical shape. However, the most important thing is not to stress. When you are stressed it makes things fall apart.
How did you discover these activities? Did you discover the activities/habits by yourself or someone told recommended them to you?
To maintain a regular diet, regular sleep is always recommended by doctors as well as recommendations that are usually done by many people.
So by doing it regularly and continuously, I'm sure the results will be good in the future. This is the same as eating an apple every day. Because the habit continues, then he will give birth to goodness too.
The point I want to convey is, doing something regularly will definitely be useful later. Even if something you do is small. But if done regularly, it will definitely bring benefits.
Therefore I invite steemians to maintain health with a pattern that is believed to be good. Even though it's small, it can make big benefits for our health in the future.

Dengan kebiasaan saya bermain bola, rutin minum jus atau makan buah tentunya membuat daya tahan tubuh menjadi baik. Meredakan stres dan menyegarkan pikiran.
Hasilnya bikin lebih semangat dalam bekerja. Itulah hal utama yang saya cari ketika kesehatan saya membaik. Dengan begitu, Anda bisa membuat target yang ingin dicapai terpenuhi.

Of course because this is generally accepted and as I explained earlier. With a routine that is usually done will make it live well and healthy.

Yes that's wise as saying goes ,Prevention is better than cure.
Besides the list of recommendations , having routine health checks is a key components to maintaining good health and i believe most of the people don't do so.
I think even small habits can make a big impact in the long run. Therefore, It's important to prioritize our health and well-being by adopting healthy habits and a balanced lifestyle.
