Medically, music help against depression, and sorrow and promote human well-being. It reduces anxiety, regulates blood pressure, improves mental alertness, healthy sleep, and mood.
Well said,its scientifically proved too. Music reduce Mental Stress too.
I too love soft and encouraging regarding music most.
Still i dont have any experience on participating in live shows.
