In your words explain what you understand by parenthood |

Parenthood is simply the stage of a person being a parent. What I understand by the word "Parenthood" means the state of a person accepting that he or she is primarily responsible for the child's well-being, safety, education, eventual attachment and emotional maturity of adulthood. I.e. training the child up to the stage of adulthood.

Parenthood is a very special quality that is attached to a mature man and woman that has given birth to offspring. The most special thing about Parenthood is the aspect of caring for children's and looking after them by providing the basic needs.

My parents are my heroes. Right from my childhood and even up until this moment, my parents have never failed in their responsibilities as parents. Every day, my parents ensure they fulfill their responsibility as parents by caring for me and my brothers and sisters.
When it comes to my parents, there are a lot of things that I usually do with them that are of importance to me. Some of the important things I do with my parents are:
- Praying and sharing the words of God together
- Eating together
- Chatting and watching movies together
- Discussing important issues together
- Sharing family loved together.
What are the major roles of parents to you? |

The roles of parents are very important in such a way that if any parents should fail in their responsibility to bring up the children in an upright way, it will affect the parents as well. Having said this, the major roles of my parents to me are;
Education: When it comes to learning, it is from our parents that we learn first. This is one of the major roles of a parent for me. Parents need to teach their children basic things like counting and greetings and ensure that their children get the best education.
Teaching Love: Another major role of a parent is to love. Parents should provide the children with love throughout their lives and also teach the children how to love others. If a parent can be a model of how to give love to their children, surely the children can in turn show love later. It is very important for children to experience parental love and a loving relationship from their early life down to adulthood.
Teaching Morality: All parents should teach their children what is right and wrong from the very beginning when they are growing up. The roles of a parent are to Provide moral guidance on all aspects of the child's life.

No, I do not see Parenthood as a scam. It is the desire of everyone to become a good parents in the future. The joy of a parent is to see their children doing well in life, no matter how bad the parents, maybe.
