How to seem more confident using body hacks
Hello lovely people, happy new week. Hope this week is favouring you so far and you're doing wonderful. Last time we began talking about how we can use body hacks to look more confident even if we weren't born with that instant confident traits then we can always practice.
Well, If you missed it then no worries you can find it here before continuing with this post or just read it later. We already listed 4 points and will be listing the other 4 in today's post so lets dive in...
5) Mirror others;

You see, as we make new friends and bond with them we tend to automatically mirror their behavior. But wnat you may not know is that deliberately mirroring others in some situations can make you appear more confident because as we mirror others we get to touch on some similarities and then show your appreciation for them.
It can be as simple as adapting some words they use, their volume, their tone or even the different attitude used when talking on different things.

Bad posture will never be an attractive trait but as humans we tend to face computers alot or are often looking down at our phones cause most of us to have a bad posture, so don’t kill yourself about yours. Honestly, even while writing this post on my phone I'm slouched but you don't have to be told that if you really want to look more confident, alway try to avoid slouching.
So my dear tuck in that stomach in and push that chest out and its gonna do wonders to your confidence. Not only will make you feel better as it projects more confidence and poise but it's quite healthy for your spine.
That said, good posture is a habit so do your best to practice at home even if your just having lunch, watching TV or on your phone.
7) Know how to use facial expressions;
Facial expressions are the gate way to how we feel or our thoughts. Maybe you’ve been told that you have a resting B face and that might be hard to work with, but no need to worry cause it’s not impossible.
It’s natural to feel emotion or involuntarily make onr facial expression or tye other other when bored, excited etc but some of us are just too good at hiding it. However, all these doesn't mean you should smile like a fool to appear more confident. Sometimes keeping a poker face is better than a worried one as long as you sure are reacting properly in any given situation.
Once your able to show positive emotions, you start looking more confident and that positive energy will surely draw people towards you.
8) Don’t fiddle;

You know how you unintentionally fiddle with your hands when nervous right? Maybe by playing with your rings or just rapidly tapping your fingers on the desk. Well next time you catch yourself doing something like that just stop, breathe in, then breathe out and let all the anxiety flow out of your body. It’s much easier to be confident when you’re calm. Anyway, I get how hard it can be to calm down when facing someone who makes us nervous, be it your crush, your boss, or just a person you look up to. So just try to humanize them, they poop, fart and make mistakes, just like anyone else.
When you’re finally able to stop fiddling, rest your hands on your side or use them to express yourself when speaking. Don't foget that the way our body appears, the way we stand will affect how we’re perceived, so renember that when you want to appear more confident
