Hello steemians and my fellow Cameroonians on Steemit. It is a pleasure being here again with you all.

It is another day to to give a report of our activities of the day in promoting Steemit in cameroon. As promised after my meeting yesterday at the University of Bamenda, ( link of my post yesterday, STEEMIT SENSITISATION CAMPAIGN at the University of Bamenda. ).we are here to present our meeting on the sensitization program

Today we had a radio talk in one of the most prominent radio station in Cameroon, Bamenda called CITY FM, this is a local radio and it has an audience of over 100,000 listeners, this was the main reason why we choose the radio station to be our venue for promotion.
Today was actually my first time to be on Air and I actually enjoyed talking about Steemit, it was a wonderful experience. We were supposed to be three of us to run this program but unfortunately @yeesja was occupied.

OUR REASON FOR VISITING THE RADIO TODAY.

  1. Steemit sensitisation. Our first mission was to continue the sensitisation Campaign that was launched a couple of months ago. As can be seen in recent days the number Cameroonians joining Steemit and the activities of @steemcameroon have been in a rise. We intend to continue this campaign and intensifu our efforts.

  2. Announce the Creation of the Steemit Newbies Encouragement program (SNEP).
This program was launched by @njiatanga about a week ago and the reason for the program is to educate newbies who join Steemit from Cameroon using the Steemit literacy Centre. The reason for this program was because the country representative discovered that most newbies lack motivation and encourage to work on Steemit, and the few people that have the ability do not know why to do exactly.
So the program aims at educating newbies on how to do Achievement task, how to do a post on steemit and the importance of being consistent and persistent on Steemit. Read more through the link below

A picture of us and the radio host popular called "Lord mayor".

We started the program at exactly 11:00am CAT and with a recap of what was said by @yeesja and @njiatanga on their former visit to the same radio.

After which we had a continuation of our vision for Steemit in Cameroon, spoke about the Steemit platform educating audiences about Steemit. Thereafter, we spoke about the SNEP program that will commence next week Tuesday the 15/06/2021 and run for a period of 3 weeks and spoke at length about the various courses and advantages that will be given on this program. Emphasis were laid on steemians who had registered some and did not know what to do, we asked them to come back and get a clear understanding of the vision.

At the same time while we were running, we connected to a live broadcast on my Facebook channel Ebuahsang Daprince. The broadcast was going on while we were on Facebook that is reaching a double audiences and the reactions was very great.
