Hello fellow Cameroonians and Steem Cameroon members. It's a pleasure to be with you this afternoon to share with you a great information trending on Steemit platform. I have noticed most of us don't know about this and it is a great way for our our community @steem-cameroon to stand out.

What is #CLUB5050

I am sure we are excited by now know what club 50/50 is all about. Well in the words of the Steemit team,

Club5050 is all about encouraging people to cash out less and power up at least 50% of their earnings.This will help increase their influence on the platform and build the strength of the Steem economy.

It is no news that for Steemit and the price of Steem to grow, we ought to keep powering up. Power ups not only increase our ability to interact on the Steemit platform but also increase the price and value of this platform.

Why we need to Participate in the #club5050 campaign

1. Juicy votes from Steemcurators. On an individual level, the Steemit team have promised to reward steemians who take part in the #club5050 with juicy upvotes. It is important to note that it is not an obligation that you must get an upvote from the team but an added advantage that by participating you stand extra chance to benefit.

2. Community support. As Cameroonians and @steem-cameroon community, we know we are still a very young community and depend mostly on Steemit community support to grow our community. Therefore it is very important us all to partake in the #club5050 campaign. This is very vital.

3. Grow the Steemit economy. Less withdrawal and more power ups is a means of increasing the economy strength of Steemit and placing value the Steem.

How to participate in the Club5050

All you need to do is power up 50% or more of you total liquid earnings. This is NOT a one time power up. You need to commit to a constant 50% power up of your total earnings each time you are making a withdrawals.

After you make the power up, you dont need to do a special Power up post. You can always include the #club5050 on your daily post ok Steemit. The Steemit team is on the constant look up for post having the hash tag club5050.

Who are Eligible for #club5050 rewards

• Steemians not powering down or just ended a power town. Powering down is contrary to what the #club5050 wants, so any one powering down is not eligible for votes.

• Steemians not involve in buying of votes or bid votes.

• Steemians who are not involve in delegating their SP to any investment services or bid bots.

• Steemians who use their Steem power to vote regularly.

Conclusion

On a personal note, I think this is a very great opportunity for us in this community to commit to and grow our community. I therefore urge the @steem-cameroon management team and every Steemians to make an effort to belong. As for me I hope to do my first powerup this weekend.
