Hello great steemians, I am happy to have you all on my blog. Welcome to day 4 of Engagement Challenge Season4week3 and hope it has been awesome as it has been to me. Thanks to the steemit team and the steemcameroon community for bringing this amazing contest topic: Are people made or born? I am going to share my view on the above topic so, be relaxed as you read from my blog as I answer some questions on the given topic which would better the understanding of my dear readers.

Talent according to my understanding, is simply a naturally blessed embeddlement by God, In the sense that it could be from birth or individuals learns it. Talent can be best described than to be defined because is an act that would stimulate the minds of people who watch and such talented people are found in different fields of life.

Talent could also be seen as an area of specialization where an individual is always perfect at pitting his or her best into making life lively. We have different talents as everyone has his or hers and an example of such could be dancing talent, singing talent, creativity, footballing, etc. I said earlier that, talent could be learned or a gift from the Almighty, and then such blessed individuals put that talent into perfection.

I had a friend while in school, we are all choristers but amongst us, there are differences in our voices. We all have unique voices but he is so magical and sweet to hear. I was always imagining what could be the reason even when I tried to learn from him I could just have a similar to his own but the difference is clear. The difference in the talent is that he was blessed from birth and I just learned despite I am talented through learning but his was obvious and magical.

But the truth is when an individual is talented and then a such person does not train himself more then there is no magic about that, that which God has given you or that which you learned and you became perfect in it needs a pump up for the betterness in you.

Most often, natural talents can be noticed at a very tender age of a child which would be a sign of how much a child will be perfect in that aspect and all that is needed is just the pump up as that child grows.

Inborn talent as the name implies is the talent embedded in an individual by birth. In this inborn talent, such talented individual needs to work or give the talent a quick pump up as he or she becomes brighter but it should be noted that, even if talent is inborn it can also be disappeared I have heard this severally and I have confirmed it through a friend, she is talented in singing but when pride began to enter some times, she was not too bright in singing anymore why because it is a God giving talent and if not taken care, it can also be taken back so, the in-born talented should be aware and be warned.

On the order hand, self-study talent has to do with an ability of an individual to learn a particular talent and it has to be due to the effort put together to learn. This can occur as an individual is at a tender age of growing or even when he is grown. I mentioned earlier that, no matter the learning of any talent such a learner can be good as the in-born talented.

Talents can be illustrated in diverse ways because there are so many fields where talented ones can be found and in such fields, the difference between such people and examples are;

• In the singing institute to say, singing spirits is in almost every human and most times some people would wish to be able to sing but no way because of how dull their vocal for singing is but in the order hand, a blessed or gifted in talent can display a voice of singing and it will sound quite different and angelic.

• Another point of illustrating different talents is in dancing for instance. Everyone loves dancing and some wish to be able to make a move but it heavies them but if a talented individual starts she or he would be admired as he or she displays it awesomely.

• In towns, villages and even families, there are different sets of people living together and so also there are different talents given some have the same talent and others are different. This is the same as a family that lives together having different family members of different talents.

Observation is the key to unlocking every secrete that needs to be known and so also is the idea of identifying a talent either by the individual herself or himself or someone's observation can help such a talented person to know his or her talent.

Most times talent could be noticed as a child grows by noticing and further paying good attention to such a child. Such that, as the child grows a parent or an observer can help such a child to train him or her to become perfect and the instance is an inborn talent. The sweetest part of this identification is to observe what an individual loves doing even as an elderly person and as such, the talent could be easily noticed.

Unlike on the children part, children love playing and while playing, a good parent would always observe a habit such a child displays, and a good parent will groom such a talented child earlier.

I am proud to have a talent and my type of talent is a learned talent that is, I went through training to be this good and be called a talented teacher. I noticed my talent while in school as a student. I love tutoring my fellow student and as I do that, I gained joy. I have trained actually as I kept schooling into being a professional teacher even to a point of running into a postgraduate diploma in education(PGDE)

Teaching is my talent and i reach in a college of education Akwanga, Nassarawa State, Nigeria, it's a learned talent through the process of schooling. I love teaching and here I am as a teacher and on the picture above is supervision. At any point, I can start teaching even if wake up from sleep. This is already part of my life process that would be continued unless returned.

God helped and I am a person with a fluent speaker of English and that has helped me so much in this field of teaching. Growing up, I noticed I could be very bright in this aspect of life and that was how I grabbed it and went to the teachers' training institute(NTI)
