I really enjoyed your entry, you really sheared how you can help your community, you were of the opinion that its a personality thing, seeing people as equal no matter their skin color or gender. You also stressed that a good leader is be well deserved on merit and not on gender, opting that women should be given more opportunities in your country as humans should be treated as we are one.
