Green Deeds Vol. 08 Contest Entry | What are some of the visible signs of Climate Change in your Community?

From the word Climate change so the first clue is that we have to look for the change in climate. Our country is near the Equator.So its understandable that we only have two seasons.The summer and rainy season.But lately there has been a fluctuation in it.Its Summer but all of a sudden the next day it will rain so heavily. Flooding has been a daily part of life that cause cancellation of classes.This is due to the increase of degree of rain but of course the degree of increase of sunny days has been also excessive so the crops are affected.The backbone of Philippine's economy even up until now is agriculture and so this issue is a big deal to us.

Fluctuation of weather is also the reason why there is an increase of formation of typhoon which cause a lot of destruction.Heating in water beyond the normal degree in combination with pollution in the river and other bodies of water causes a lot of death in sea creatures meaning that the ecological cycle has been hampered repeatedly.I'm sure that these are just a few of clear signals of what is currently going on and We have to face now, not tomorrow, not the next day but now.Start the small steps.
