I'm fine and I hope you're fine.This is the 4th week of Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 8. To be a part of this challenge I have prepared my post and explained it in simple words so that all new users can easily understand this contest."An Apple A Day Keeps The Doctor Away".

What do you understand by this statement?

Fruit is one of the best blessings of ALLAH Almighty. Fiber is found only in fruits. You won't find it in meat. Because eating more fruit and fiber also boosts our immune system, it also helps with weight loss through gut health. Also, overall, eating vegetables, fruits, and nuts/seeds reduces the risk of heart disease, diabetes, some cancers, and prolongs life. So, what are we to do and this. Fiber and phytonutrients (pigments that give plants their color) are natural components in plants. These compounds are nature's detoxifiers that nourish the gut, as well as antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds that keep our bodies moving smoothly toward health. They are white in color and also free from many diseases, so if we want to stay away from the doctor's medicine, we must consume apples at least once to take care of our health.

There are some ways to use apple because if we use it with time it is very beneficial to our health because it is good to use anything with time which also prevents our health from getting worse. Just like if we talk about the use of apples, then we can use them in the morning, apart from that, we can also use apples during the day, we can also use apple shakes and its juice.Consuming apples on an empty stomach makes us hungry.

What are some practices/habits you do to make sure you're healthy? (State and give the importance in your own words)

Every person can stay healthy if he makes himself habit to follow these few tips because you will often see lazy people suffering from some disease or the other if we want to stay healthy. For this, we should first make morning walk a part of our habit, in addition, we should make brushing our routine, like when we wake up in the morning and when we sleep at night, we should do it all day long. And we can avoid all night diseases. Morning breakfast is very useful for human health, which helps to keep our health good, and sleeping early at night should be included in our routine because when we do not get full night sleep. Our whole day is spent in laziness, we are not able to do any of our work well. If we want to maintain good health, then we do not have to include these habits in our routine. If health is good then we are good if health is not good then nothing is good for us.

What are the health benefits of the habits?

Whenever we incorporate a good habit into our habit, it has many benefits for us, just like if we incorporate our good habits on time, then we start making ourselves healthy and It becomes easier for us to do all this, just as if we take a morning walk, it strengthens us physically and mentally and it makes our whole day go with a good and full force.

If we start doing these habits on a daily basis, we can stay healthy. Another thing is that when we eat breakfast in the morning, our stomach is good, which can prevent us from many diseases. We can avoid stomach diseases such as frequent dry mouth, shortness of breath due to excessive running, if we include this habit in our routine.When we consume more fruits and vegetables to keep our health good, we avoid many diseases, so we should avoid meat and fast food to avoid dangerous diseases like heart attack. Can be saved.

Do you think everyone could engage in these habits? Explain

There is no task in this world that is difficult for a human being to do. When we make up our mind to do something, it is 50% done. I will tell you how we can do it. How everyone can adopt this in their daily life. When we want to achieve anything, we set some small goals that make it easier for us. I will try to explain with an example, like if we want to drink water, for that first we have to find water, then we need a glass to drink water, after that we need it. If we put the water bottle in the water glass then we can drink that water easily. If we do, we will adopt this habit in a good way. Nothing in this world is done without hard work, so if we want to adopt any habit, for that we need to put hard work and effort into our regular activities. I have to add so that we can get this done quickly.

What health tips would you give steemians?

Human health is very valuable in this world, if we don't know it, it is a perfect example for that we should visit a hospital every week so that we also know that our health is a great blessing. If we want to be healthy, then we have to adopt some tips by which we can stay healthy. I have always considered the steemit platform as my family. I have always encouraged those working on it. It is for their benefit.

  • We should use less mobile phones to avoid suffering from mental and depression because it has been seen in the search that by using more mobile phones, a person becomes very angry and becomes irritable, which deteriorates his health. There is also a concern, so reduce the use of mobile phones.
  • A person must take 8 hours of sleep at night so that a person can stay healthy because the biggest reason for human health to be poor is lack of sleep, such as light reading between the eyes, laziness, etc.

  • We should stay away from any addiction because according to a research, the life of an addict is very short compared to non-addicts, like drinking alcohol, smoking, smoking marijuana, etc. if we want to extend our life by a few years. If so, for that we have to stay away from those things that have a bad effect on our health.
