Since most diseases are derived from inflammation in our body in addition to having a weakened immune system.

Morning walks are ideal to activate the circulation of the body, but it does have to be brisk walks.

Feel your heart rate increase and your breathing quicken, as this helps strengthen your heart and burn calories.

Surely nothing in this life is achieved without effort, although to acquire a healthy habit according to science in 21 days that habit will already be ingrained in us.

Then it will be easier to continue with that healthy habit.

Sleep is very important for our mind and body to rest, if we lose the habit of sleeping well, our health will be in danger.

And addictions do not bring anything good, excessive consumption of any food or substance will cause harmful effects to our body.
