I hope everyone is doing well by the grace of God.And living a very beautiful life.Alhamdulillah I am also very well by the grace of Allah.today i @Steem-Cameroon Going to participate in the contest organized by the community.The topic of today's contest is "AN APPLE A DAY KEEPS THE DOCTOR AWAY"Not only apples.I think we should have some fruits in our daily diet to keep our body healthy.Because different types of fruits contain different nutrients that help keep our body healthy.I am very happy to participate in today's competition.Now I am here with you today with answers to some of the questions asked in the competition.Let's see the answers to the questions.

What do you understand by this statement?
Apples have a lot of nutrients that help our body to stay healthy and fresh. Now let's see why we should include an apple in our daily diet.The presence of fiber in apples helps regulate blood pressure. Also, apples contain nutrients like vitamin C, and potassium, which help protect us from various diseases such as: Apples are particularly beneficial in reducing the risk of heart disease.Apple also plays a special role in weight control. Apple also plays a special role in keeping the heart healthy.Because apples contain fiber that helps reduce cholesterol. Also, the phenolic contained in apple peel helps to remove cholesterol from blood vessels.As a result, the blood circulation of the heart is normal.

What are some practices/habits you do to make sure you're healthy? (State and give the importance in your own words)
1, wake up early every morning to keep my body healthy.Because waking up in the morning is good for the body.Also the light breeze blowing in the morning is very beneficial for our body.

2, Wake up every morning and do some kind of exercise or walk which will help your body to stay healthy.

3, Wake up every morning and drink enough water on an empty stomach.It will flush out the harmful substances from your body with urine.Your body will be healthy.

4, Some amount of fruits and vegetables should be included in the daily diet. Which will help to keep the body healthy

5,Go to sleep as early as possible at night. Do not try to stay up late.Staying awake for too long can make the body sick.Go to sleep as early as possible to keep your body healthy.

6,If you have any kind of small disease in the body, consult a doctor.Do not treat any small disease as trivial.Because it can put you in great danger.Therefore, if any problem occurs in the body, a doctor should be consulted.

How did you discover these activities? Did you discover the activities/habits by yourself or someone told recommended them to you?
As I am a student, I have to stay outside for my studies.And there are all the rules to follow.I saw how the elders there keep their bodies healthy.And what follows.And how they live. and exercise.I also try to treat them the way I see them.Which I have shared above.If you can manage your lifestyle like this.Then surely you will be healthy inshallah.

What are the health benefits of the habit(s)?
Because I practice the above habits.I am always able to keep my body healthy. And by following these habits my body is very healthy and fit.Also focus on studies and work. By practicing these habits, my body's laziness has gone away.And I can always be happy.Because health is the root of all happiness.If you are in good health and free of any diseases then you will be fine. We should follow these practices.

Everyone on earth takes various steps to keep their body healthy and fresh. And wants to develop a variety of habits.But not all habits can keep their body healthy.Therefore, proper and good habits should be developed. As I would like to give an example.There may be many people in our country who have developed the habit of smoking and consuming alcohol.This is by no means a good practice.And this habit will not keep your body healthy in any way.For this we have to develop good habits in our life.Which I shared with you earlier.Again, in short,wake up early every morning, exercise regularly.Drink enough water in the morning on an empty stomach. Include some fruits and vegetables in your daily diet.etc.habits.If you can make your life.Then you will definitely be healthy inshallah.

What health tips would you give steemians?
1,My advice is to keep our body healthy.It's not good to stay up late.As soon as possible, you should fall asleep at night.And wake up early in the morning.If you wake up in the morning, your body is good.

2,Wake up in the morning and do any kind of exercise for some time.That means walking or running.Because there is no alternative to exercise to keep our body healthy.So must exercise some time.

3, Wake up in the morning and drink enough pure water.Drink as much water as possible.Because the harmful substances of your body will be removed from your body with urine, your body will remain healthy.

4, Try to include an apple and some fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. Because vegetables contain a lot of vitamins.Very beneficial to keep your body healthy.

5, Also to make up the lack of non-veg in your daily food list.Can keep some fish or meat.And you can drink a glass of milk before going to bed at night.It protects your body from any disease.will help to protect.

6,Also, if you have any mild disease in your body, definitely consult a doctor.Don't underestimate the cause of minor ailments.Because it can also put you in great danger. If you can manage your lifestyle in this way then surely you will be healthy.

You have described the topic very well and explain the proverb very nicely it's true we should take fruit regularly in our diet so that we can get proper nutrients from it which are necessary needed to the body for proper functioning everything as every fruit contain a specific nutrients which is not might be present in another fruit. I like your suggestions for healthy life we should take plenty of water in empty stomach so that harmful Chemicals may be washed out with this water and we should take good sleep I wish you success for this contest.

How many habits does a person have, can you tell? The answer is many... some good, some bad. But, if you have this habit then you are lucky. Good for your health.
