Indeed your first Sunday Worship after restrictions due to COVID-19 was quite memorable with unfamiliar events ; from washing/ disinfecting to being the ONLY congregant to be feed on the Word from the alter!
But reminiscing on the COVID-19 restrictions begs these questions:
Is the Christian God a FAKE God who does not protects His worshippers from the dreaded virus??
By extension , are Christians pretenders??Why do governments flings open markets and other social gathering where social distancing are not enforced , yet places a strict restrictions on Church activities??
Is COVID-19 domiciled in Churches but averse to markets?? Does it choose where to live ??
In the midst of the foregoing can we conclude that the Church is a mere social gathering or the Worshippers made it so as the Jews turned the synagogues to markets for their carnal convenience??
Some of us are bleeding for the modern Church as it has been stripped of Power and Glory because of our UNBELIEVE!!
May the Gate of Hell never prevail against the Church of Christ!
Wow, this splendid! I believe we are on the same boat. This is a full topic of message that needs to be addressed. The whole thing can be ascribed to indiscrimination, why Churches are tagged and limited to that few hours is just a mystery one isn't clear about. Meanwhile, most activities are operating in their full time. Thanks for your compliment and that great opinion adduced above.
