This is my 3rd week report on my contributions as a Country Curator for Ghana.During the week, I was able to filter 14 digest post from a lot of posts that I curated from Ghana, West Africa and Africa in General. The posts are from diverse fields of health, politics, culture, life, News, technology, steemit and many other fields.

The following are my summary of posts from the 14 Authors. My curation analysis, challenges and recommendations described below for further discussions by Steemit Team and our lovely Steemians.

@vidder: The Author gave an insight to how technology is fading out their rich cultural practices. This has led the youth neglected some of the common norms and courtesies the pay for their elders. The Author suggested some way forward to address this problem.

@mcsamm: One of the challenges affecting Ghana now is failure to patronize in our made in Ghana goods. But this is not in the case of fabrics(fashion designing). The Author reports how lately Ghanaians, especially the youth have been patronizing in fashioning designing clothes. Both the fashion designers and the buys are boosting productivity in this way. I enjoyed how the Author is promoting Ghana in this way.

Many Steemians who follow her blog will see that she is doing a lot of humanitarian work, donating maize flour and other foodstuff to this community who live under hardship condition. Thanks to her for her abundance gift to these people.

This may come with so many challenges on our way, but we shouldn't give up. Thanks very much Sister @elyon.

My curation analysis:

So far, many authors are doing very well. Posting daily with good content. Though I haven't determined the number of post to curate per day. But I able to reach out many Steemians as possible. For the 3 of my summary reposts I have been sharing my content through Twitter and Facebook for my friends and families there to see this great opportunity in Steem. I have been giving feedbacks to some of the people who share their concern on the content shared to them.

I'm planning to also publish my contents on other social media too to get the attention of more people. I know , in future this work will bear much fruit. I'm contacting other Ghanaian Steemians to also help this project.

Challenges:
Few challenges are noted here, and I must say that it was in existence ever since I was given this position. Most Ghanaians are dormant. There only few active members who are posting content daily. That is why I have strategized to curate our most of Authors who share through wafrica and Africa communities. I have been trying hard encouraging those who are inactive to begin posting. I also share through the comment sessions of those who are not taking part in the 100 days of Steem to draw their attention to this great opportunity.

Recommendations:
I have been striving hard as I have already said, I'm talking to many of friends here, my colleagues teachers. I know very soon some of them will even join me with this #the100daysofsteem before it ends. I'm also motivating my colleagues who I recruited them in Steem to join me soon. I have @ebotaylor, @entie, @asumang and others who have relax
I think this is the time we can come together to build steem.

I therefore recommend all the Steemians to support this goal. I call most of the Steemians in West Africa and Africa to let us come together to build a vibrant Steem Community.

I therefore thank the Steemit Team, @steemitblog and @steemcurator01 for the trust they had in me and all the support they have given to me so far.
