Individuals can gain insight, adjust their tactics, acquire new skills, and stop repeating the same mistakes in the future by recognizing where they went wrong. The result can be greater competence and success and is a key part of continuous improvement.

And what advice would you give to people who think that mistakes are failures

If someone committed mistakes as failures, this can influence negative impact on thier health and personal & professional growth. Here are some suggestions to think about:

• Realize and accept the reality that making mistakes is a natural process of learning Positively accept them as a learning opportunities to grow and improve rather than failures. Accept that making mistakes is normal and necessary for personal and professional growth to succeed in life

• Although Mistakes can be heart-rending, it is important to big your heart and come back from set backs. Realize and accept that everyone makes mistakes and that they do not lose Patience and do not blame that who you are or what you are capable of. Use setbacks as inspiration to move with positivity and strong believe on Almighty Allah and try again with having a shiny hope.

• Determine your self & Focus on what you can learn from the mistakes rather than stick with negativity of your set backs. Sit alone and analyze the actual hinder to cause mistakes, find out what went wrong and concluded useful insights that can help you make better judgments to move positively once again for healthier productivity in your life.

We believe that all experiences make us better every day and are very helpful when shared with friends
