Hello friends!


I hope you are well by the grace of Allah. I am fine too. Now I am going to participate on Sports weekly challenge contest which is organised by @albenis.

Exercise is very good for health. It is another very beneficial function of our body. Exercise is good for both body and mind.

Nowadays many people go to the gym to get fit which is a very expensive process. We can also keep our body fit by doing regular exercise. Regular push ups increase arm strength. I exercise every morning. Along with regular hand exercises, we also do leg exercises which are very beneficial for our body. If a person exercises regularly, no disease can easily enter his body.

Regular exercise is a must. Our body parts are active in it. By doing the above exercise we will exercise our legs and waist bones. By doing this, these parts of the body will become free. Thus, eacrcise has different qualities. One hand push up by doing this exercise will increase the hand strength. But not everyone can do this exercise.

For this you need to have strength in hand. We should all wake up in the morning and exercise regularly and encourage others to exercise. I exercise regularly and take my friend to exercise too. The photos above were taken while exercising this morning. I woke up late today. I woke up and saw that it was 8 o'clock. However, I have already completed the exercise.

@saika01, That's right, friend, many people go to gyms and pay a large sum of money to do their exercises, although to be in shape what you need is to want and have the will to do it.

Example your attitude perform your exercises in the patio of your house in the open air, being your own trainer and motivator.

Surely when doing sports it will be more difficult for diseases to enter our body and thus we will have a healthier and fuller life.

Your exercise routine at home is very good to stretch the muscles of your body and with push-ups to strengthen arms and chest. Congratulations.
