SEC-S13W5 – While you wait...
"Patience is not simply the ability to wait, it's how we behave while we are waiting"- Joyce Mayer
Good things come to those who wait, did you know that?
Do you consider that all time should be productive? |
---|
Yes, all time should be productive. That is why we should have our daily schedule drawn out to help us manage our time and be productive.
But do not interrupt productivity by working so hard to achieve something in the long run, probably business. Relaxing, socializing, playing, resting, and exercising are all productive for us, depending on how we manage our time.
We live in a society in which pleasure is not considered as important. We believe in mapping out our time to be productive in business, forgetting that we can also be productive by creating time for ourselves.
You can be productive in studies, in jobs, in family, and in taking care of your health. All time should be productive, either in business or in health, but I think both should be considered.
What do you think of John Lennon's phrase: “Life is what happens while you are busy making other plans” |
---|
This is a powerful quote that reminds us that life is unpredictable. We always get so caught up in planning for the future and forgetting to live where we should—in this exact present.
We make plans for the future, thinking that all will go as we have planned, but life certainly has a way of surprising us. Things happen that we didn't expect, but we get to adjust our plans.
This quote is a reminder that while it is important to set goals and plan for the future, it is also important to be ready for the unexpected. I think we have to relax and enjoy the journey before setting our minds to the destination.
What do you do in everyday situations in which you have to wait, a traffic queue, electricity and/or internet interruptions, etc.? |
---|
Patience. Since I cannot move the traffic queue and I cannot possibly revive the internet or the electricity, I would wait patiently. For me, nothing is worth dying for; everyone in life should take things easy because slow and steady wins the race.
I entered a tricycle yesterday, and the drive was running like a marathon. I tapped him to take it easy because we would get to our destination, but he replied, "that he wants to meet up."
There is no meeting anywhere. No quantity is ever enough. I would say, "You enjoy hot soup gently; you don't rush it." Same thing with life: we wait patiently, no rush.
Have you decided to have an attitude towards life while you wait, or are you only thinking about the goals to achieve? |
---|
Yes, I have. An attitude is a character we are almost known for. While I wait, there is no need for me to be sad, angry, or bitter. Waiting is not an everlasting process; it is a short process that will end.
Even in the midst of thinking about goals to achieve, my attitude should speak well of me.

This is great and educational I enjoy reading through your entry
Managing time properly and correctly is part of productivity in using time. It's not just about business and work.
We also need rest and sharing with family and that's really a productive act.
Greetings success my good friend 👏
Hello @ninapenda friend..!
Everything in life must be taken with great patience because things happen for a reason, as you say it is not worth despairing over anything.
