Dear friends, who does not like to play. Sports are an important part of our life. Sports keep us fit and active. Sports make us strong. Elders say that a person who plays continuously never gets sick. I myself like to play a lot because playing gives me energy and keeps me active. Well, there are many playgrounds in our area, but today I will take you to one playground and introduce it to you.
MY SPORT SIDE
Friends, the name of the ground I went to today is Basirpur Cricket Stadium, it is about one kilometer from our house. It is a huge ground and if we talk about its area, this playground is spread over about four to five acres of land. All the people of our area go to this playground to play everyday because it is big enough and everyone can play here easily. This entire playing field has hockey ground cricket ground and all other sports ground which is quite impressive.
It does not cost a single rupee to enter the sports ground as it was created by the Government of Pakistan for the people of our region so that all people can pursue their sports career. Actually, two years ago, there was no playground in our area, so this government of Pakistan has taken a very good initiative for us.
Hockey is played a lot in this playground in the morning and if we talk about the evening time, people like to play cricket here a lot. Football is also very well played here because people like to play football but people don't play football as much as cricket and hockey are played here. And besides, on Sundays, the stadium is very crowded and almost every game is played.
Today when I went to the playing field many people were playing cricket and because there was a cricket tournament going on here today I liked it very much and there was a huge crowd of people there. One team was batting while the other team was bowling. I watched this match for a while and enjoyed it a lot. There were many famous people of our area came to watch the match, I took pictures of all these people.
Because I am also very fond of playing cricket, I also took a picture with with the cricket bat and enjoyed it very much. Then after a while the match was over and everyone left to go to their homes. I also returned to my home. It was a very big playing field in our area. I hope you enjoy this playing field.
