Music is everyone's favorite. Dancing to the music is a great way to spend the night together. Here in our town the festival of Shivratri is going on very well. "Isa Yoga Center" in our town is world famous. A music festival is held there on Shivratri. Because it is a belief that people should stay awake all night on Shivratri. While awake, people all gather together and celebrate by singing and singing songs in praise of Lord Shiva. That day we also go to that center and spend that night with music.
Being a middle-aged woman and a mother to my children, I don't feel like going to other music festivals like young people. At the same time I like to go to this Maha Shivaratri music festival with my family as it is a spiritual festival and everyone can go to it.
What would be the place, the music and the food for that magical night?
The world famous Isha Yoga Center is located at the foothills of Vellingiri Hills in our city Coimbatore. Maha Shivaratri festival is celebrated here every year. The Maha Shivratri festival is celebrated with music and dance performances. This year too, on the occasion of Maha Shivratri festival, a huge stage was set up in front of the idol of Adiyogi. At 6 pm, over 100 artists performed aarti and danced to the idol of Linga Bhairavi accompanied by mesmerizing music with various musical instruments. This was followed by powerful meditations, chanting of great mantras, soul-stirring music and dance performances.
Apart from this there were bouncy musical performances to keep everyone awake throughout the night. Thousands of people participated in the Shivratri festival. After Satguru finished speaking at 8 pm, various songs were sung. Accordingly, Sadhguru danced while standing on a platform set up at a long distance among the audience. The audience also danced enthusiastically.
What would your look be like for that unforgettable night?
Generally when we go to spiritual places and spiritual specials we wear traditional clothes especially women wear saree or salwar and chudidar I also think it is good to wear saree for such festivals but since it is a music festival maybe saree is not suitable for dancing. I think it's good to wear.

The Maha Shivarathri festival appears to be a cultural musical show. What a wonderful moment to be singing a song of praise to Lord Shiva. I want to see that musical show, so I'll watch it on YouTube.
