How I Got to Know about Daily Diary

I can remember the first time I saw something related to the daily diary, it was when I was still writing my achievement posts. I began to see something related to a daily diary where they said you should post a daily diary for 1000 days.

At first, I didn't understand what it was about, I actually didn't take it to mind, so I never really cared. It was like a week later after I just finished writing achievement 4 that the person that introduced me to Steemit (@theopportunist) now told me that I have to start taking part in different activities on Steemit so as to be active and thus increase my chances of earning.

He told me that I should start in the Steemalive community because that is the community that is closer to us and it is a well-recognized community for the Nigerian members on Steemit. So I did as he said and started to participate in it.

My Experience with Daily Diary

My experience with the daily diary is a very short one as I haven't written so much about my daily activities. Though I have started and I have written some daily diaries.

My first daily diary was written on the 8th of March, 2022. That day I had issues with getting water in the place I live so I had to go out of the house in search of water to use in the house before leaving the house that day.

The second diary post I wrote was on the 12th of March, 2022. That day I went to the salon to take care of my hair in the morning. From the saloon, I went to get things to prepare to eat as breakfast. Later on, I went to the market again to get things to prepare the soup that we would eat at night.

So far I have written five diary game posts, I know it's very small, but with time I will write more than that. I will write as much as I can write.

Advantages of the Diary Game

What I realized after writing the ones I have written in the past is that it helps you begin to take note of things that you ordinarily didn't ever think of that is happening to you. You also become self-conscious of certain things that are happening around you.

Another thing that I also realized is that I have become better at taking pictures. Before now I didn't know how to take pictures, I just believed that once I click on the Snap button I have taken a picture, but doing this daily diary has made me learn more.

It has improved how I communicate with my surroundings. Before now I just look at things as they are. Sometimes I don't even notice, and even if I notice I ignore it most of the time. But these days I am to anything that happens within my surroundings and ready to take a picture and write about it.

In addition to my communication with my surroundings, it has improved my ability to write about happening around me in detail. I have begun to express things in a detailed manner as they happen. Although I'm still in the learning phase, I have come a long way since starting a daily diary.

I have also learned to become appreciative of things. With each passing day, a lot of things are always happening and I can only capture as much as I can capture. So when I capture those moments and write about them it is something to be appreciative of.

Another thing which is also a very important advantage is that making a diary daily on Steemit can help you get rewarded. By writing about your daily activities you stand the chance of making earnings, which is a wonderful concept thanks to Steemit.

Disadvantages of the Diary Game

The main disadvantage with the daily diary is that it can get very at times. Every day is not the same, yet every day can sometimes give the same results. This occurrence I used to think is because I don't really have something to do, but I realized it is the same everywhere. Even people who have something to do still have those days when everything is the same and becomes boring.

Another thing is in the aspect of posting pictures of different things like pictures of your family members, pictures of where you stay, pictures of your place of work, etc. Sometimes posting pictures of yourself too. Posing these pictures can be very dangerous especially when it is online, it can bring about unwanted noses into the activities of your daily life.

Have You Introduced Anybody

At the moment I haven't introduced anyone yet. This is because I just started my journey on the Steemit platform and there are a lot of things that I'm still learning.

Also because I'm relatively new I haven't gotten enough experience on the platform so I haven't yet begun to tell people about the platform.

With time when I have gotten to a certain level on the Steemit platform, I'm surely going to tell my friends about it and bring people to the platform so that they can come and get the benefits that I'm also benefitting on this platform.
