Hello everyone trust you are fine I'm glad to take part in this contest hope you all are doing fine I'm good over here. Sport is a general activity that one should take part in especially when it comes to it benefits 😉
Meet my sport side activity
Squatting: I like squatting because it burn calories and at times helps to lose weight, strengthens my tendons, bones, and ligaments around the leg muscles, strengthens my hip muscles. It is easy to do and I can do it a number of times without getting tired. Another reason I always feel motivated to do squatting is because it helps burns fat in the abdomen, as you tuck in your Tommy to squat it helps in burning the fat. It helps me to loose weight in the region I want while building up my butt making it firm.

Badminton 🏸; I like this sport activity because it has to work generally in the whole body. It makes maintain my weight and balancing, I stay focus while playing this because I don't want to miss the ball. I enjoy the flexibility it gives me so much, hello in maintaining , on a normal day I feel very lazy to go for jogging but with 2 hours badminton playing I burn a lot of calories, improves my cardiovascular health build my muscles and more. With all this reason I like playing badminton.

Swimming; swimming is the sweetest of all my sport activity that I like. It is less stressful but works supper wonderful, reduces stress, resume calories without getting tired.

Stretching; after all my exercise I like stretching to help reduce pains, loosen the muscles to improve posture, improve blood circulation and tone the body. Have you seen the reason I like stretching?

I work out with my family to keep fit, we do it regularly but later stop few months ago because of some health issues but my hubby continue to play badminton he likes it so much.

@eliany, Dude even though your family didn't support you and you went your own way and have developed your player skills over time.
Football is your passion and practicing it has also strengthened your body and your character as a person.
You know that one of the footballers I admire the most is Sadio Mane, the man who has helped a lot to the poor in his country has a big heart.
I wish the best for you and that you continue to achieve your goals both on a football level and on a personal level.
Hi @albenis thank you for your review Please check your review again I'm in club75 not club5050 then today's date is 2nd August not July thank you for your comments but I don't like football I like playing badminton and I didn't even mention football in my post.

The sports you do are very good.
You are right sometimes jogging or running can be very tiring, while if you play badminton time passes and you don't notice it because you are having fun.
Swimming is a sport that I also really like because the water usually relaxes the body a lot.

Finally I've seen a female who is not afraid of water. But if I may ask, why the floaters?
Hahahaha sais for safety while resting so that you will be able to float and chat or take a drink 🚶🚶🚶
I don't use floater, and I can still do all that. My guess is that you're new to swimming.
That pool I'm in there is 12inches deep so I can't stand with my face up that's the reason I used floater
I am just hoping you know how to swim very well.
