It is very disappointing that this friend did not contribute money to buy the materials needed to make the sofenir, and they were not even paid for their services. Our friend worked tirelessly and faced difficulties making the sofenir on their own, without any help from others. They made 1000 sofenirs, which were hair ties or hair ribbons sewn using a sewing machine and required a lot of thread. Now we realize that this friend only befriended us to take advantage of us. My friend and I feel very sad because in our friendship, we don't feel valued. We now understand their true nature and will keep our distance. We will only maintain a casual friendship and hope that they change.
