My Actifit Report Card: March 14 2020
For the first turn this week I was out for a morning walk. Went for an #AutomaticWin, but didn’t quite make it. Made the 10 000 mark about 5 minutes after 10am...
the morning was quite chilly and overcast. And the sun wasn’t completely breaking through the clouds.
Right down the street, in the usual place we met Mr Squirrel again. He was gobbling down his breakfast, but took time to strike a pose.
We walked a somewhat different route today, and discovered a “new” little suburb... a loop with some very nice houses...and we ended up with a good 9K, 2 hour walk.
As we were done walking the sun was still struggling to get rid of the clouds.
The rest of the day went by mostly relaxing, knitting and watching tv and a movie with my hubby, @definethedollar
We are in no way panicking in regards to the COVID-19 virus, however taking precautions and not being very socially active. Not only for our safety, but also for people around us. We are healthy, and may carry the virus with none or very mild symptoms (none of us have any symptoms at this time) but we can pass it to someone with poor health and the results can be devastating.
Now, it is almost midnight and time for bed.
