I haven't been getting my step counts lately, the days have gone by and I lost my motivation.
I'm starting to work out again, but the soreness in my elbows is killing me.
I'm trying to take it slower and using less weights.
It's really depressing because I can notice the difference in the way I feel.
Oh well I'm not giving up, I just had to go on a little self-pity rant.
