My Actifit Report Card: June 17 2020
It's been many days since I reached my step count goals.
Finally today I reached 10,000 steps, I haven't done a post for a while either.
Started my day off with a bunch of calisthenics and weightlifting dumbbells. I had a really busy day at work today so I was moving and shaking all day long.
I noticed after doing some chores and cooking dinner that I had reached my goal.
I need to get back into the swing of things and start doing more reports, I don't know how some of you find the time to do it everyday.
I hope you all had an awesome Wednesday and reached all of your goals for the day, keep on exercising and eating right.
We only get one body and we got to treat it right!
