My Actifit Report Card: December 12 2022
The gym was crowded tonight and our coach was in the boxing corner so many if joined in the fun and this time we were divided into two teams to see who could hit punches quickly and with strength so not only did we need to hit fast but we also needed to make each punch focused to hit with power.
