It seems with getting older it is more difficult to keep the weight at certain level, even with eating less of moving more it is just steady. So annoying :)
That's right! When I was in my twenties, I could lose weight just by exercising a bit, but now it is not.
I recently read a book about the importance of muscle. It seems that just consuming calories is not enough for our health🤣
