Nie wytrzymałem i poszedłem biegać. Nie robiłem żadnych zdjęć, żeby jak najszybciej wrócić do domu, ale teraz na spokojnie myślę, że trzeba było cykać - nie mialo to żadnego wpływu na ryzyko.
ENG I had enough and went to jog. I did not take any photos in order to get back home as fast as possible, but now I think I should have taken them - it had no effect on the risk of infection.
The tempo wasn't that bad, considering - omg - 7 weeks of no jogging
Beetroot crisps in preparation, consumed so fast I didn't have a chance to click a photo of them
