I had been hiking alone for about an hour, and it’s a scorcher today!🥵
I took a break on a ridge overlooking South Pass and Sumas Mountain.
I was checking my Crypto Miners on my iPhone ( of course Lol!🤣), and suddenly…………

It was Lynne hiking the ridge trail!😇
She told me she was dragging today, and I said I was as well!
I have read that it takes 7 to 10 day to acclimate to hot weather, similar to acclimating to high altitude. They say your blood capillaries actually change and adjust for hotter weather to help blood circulation.
Silvertop is not acclimated Lol!🤣

Too much heat today, over six miles on steep hillsides I was glad to be back home in the A/C!
