Springtime continues on!😊
Just look around, empty streets, empty stores and flowers .....🤔
I hiked today, after reading and replying to some of the other @actifit step reports.
Part of what I do as a @actifit moderator is to encourage users to stay healthy.
I read reports of open spaces where people are spaced out “social distancing” and they are getting healthy steps.
Others are fearful and they are getting very few steps.....
I am blessed to live in a very isolated area, and I can be high up in the Mountains, with the Mrs!🥰
Very seldom do we see anyone....
We need to be smart about this Corona outbreak, and we also need to stay healthy.
I have read that depression is going to be another problem that comes out of this, and walking/ hiking helps .
Everyone please stay safe, spread out and we will all have stories to tell the Grand Kids!😊

What a great step-count! I am so appreciative of the Actifit moderating crew. You guys are awesome!! Boy oh Boy do i long for your lifestyle right now with this lockdown going on and our rights and freedoms being so infringed. Hopefully this cold virus goes away and that not many ppl fall ill. Not a great time. But, walking does help immensely. Keep up the great work 💪❤☀️

I'm enjoying the outdoors today too, i'ts like 90 degrees out though. Raking leaves and tending to the garden.
