My Actifit Report Card: May 28 2020
I woke up early and went for a walk at 6:30am. Though I would to some food shopping before 9am, as that's when the governments track and trace starts. If you've spent more than 15 minutes with someone who tests positive for the virus, or get closer tham 2m, they call you and tell you to not go out of the house for 14 days, even if you have no symptoms. I don't see the point in doing that if you don't have the virus. If you finish 14 days and come into contact with someone who has it, that's another 14 days. Seems crazy but people like to do whatever the government tells them here.
