My Actifit Report Card: December 14 2022

It was a great day today to go hiking a new trail.

The trail is for medium trail hikers so I took the challenge.

It was not too bad except that there were two long steps which took the breath out of me.

Coming down was quite easy but caution was needed.

All in all, it was fun and I will go again.
