My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2022

Today the day is brightening after the storm so I decided to go over to the beach to ho for a swim.

I am so glad I went there because the water was so clean for some reason.

And the water was a bit choppy but it was fun swimming thru the waves.

I swam 8 laps and had a great time.
