Hello and namaste everyone
Today was a pretty good day and I did score of more than 8000 steps through my activities like walking and daily activities along with household work.
I was aiming to make it 10k but it did not happen today so hopefully we'll try tomorrow to get 10k or more. there is no sure it that I'll be able to make the same count of tomorrow or event and ke but I am happy as long as I am active everyday and sharing my post through actifit.
Fitness is very important especially in this stuff time it's even more important because health can keep us safe and also contribute for a better immunity.
