15,688 Actifit: March 29 2020
Yesterday wasn't actually boring I as thought it would be. I looked at my clock at it was past 1pm and I haven't had my first meal of the day because I got busy doing my laundry and arranging the stock 9 food in the cabinets.
I wiped every single one of them using a cloth that is sprayed with diluted bleach in water and all the other kitchen stuff that was next to it, also the kitchen counters. It might be overkill but hey, better be safe than sorry, right?
After I finished the (some) house chores, I did a total of 100 kettle bell swings diving it in 50 reps and 2 sets.
My partner and I baked some very delicious chewy chocolate chip cookies, so more dishes to wash which is don't mind coz it's totally worth it!
Another workout, was walking up the stairs to the 14th floor which I reached the roof top. This workout is more challenging than brisk walk, I definitely felt the burn on my hamstrings when I got to the top plus the view's amazing!
When I got downstairs, I did another walk around the community since nobody was outside except for the two guards. Then I did a quick stretching before going back to my place.
