My Actifit Report Card: February 27 2020
It's been a very busy day for me, since yesterday. I ran and jog on the treadmill but I didn't even have time to do my weight training at the gym so I did my shoulder workout at home using a kettle bell.

- Dinner: salad, chili, por humba, boiled eggs, dried fish, rice, kimchi
- Snack1: sticky rice, rice cake, breads, watermelon
- Snack2: onion chips, watermelon
(Fasting started at 9pm)
