My Actifit Report Card: February 25 2020
I'd like to think that some days I am a beast at the gym but more beast in the kitchen! 😂
I probably need to buy a bigger plate soon. After my leg training today, that one plate wasn't enough so I had to refill my plate.
I am exhausted from my workout and I would be shutting down any minute now. I hope you all had great day or if you're from the other side of the globe, have a superb day ahead!
Meals🍴
(Fasting Ended at 5:10pm )
- Dinner: about 2 cups of chili, 1 cup of rice, 1 eggplant omelet, 5 sunny side up
- Snack1: cinnamon bread, 4 crackers with peanut butter
- Snack2: 6 pcs graham chocolate biscuits, 3 pcs oreo cookies
(Fasting started at 6:05pm)
