My Actifit Report Card: July 12 2021........ Awesome Monday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Monday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. A new week and the stepping continued unabated. Thank you for being here yet again 👏. Let's quickly take a look at how my day went plus some of the trending stories I came across. Here we go again 💨.
So as usual, I kicked off early with the brisk walking 👣 and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood. The cool morning breeze 🍃 kept me going faster and faster; it was wonderful.
Come ten o'clock, I was back indoors where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 and the plannedemic vaccinations kept going.
Globally, French govt imposes mandatory covid vaccinations for all health workers😱. Elsewhere, protests against the govt in Cuba due to dire economic conditions, there is scarcity of many commodities 😱. Other protests and looting in south Africa because of the jailing of former president Jacob Zuma; his supporters went on a rampage.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin continued it's sideways movement hanging around 32k and as always no one has any idea of it's short term movement 😹. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the shopping center for some cooking groceries and then got back for my usual nap 💤.
I woke up some time early evening feeling well rested and energetic. I then continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
After yesterday's game, England players who lost penalties were subjected to online racial abuse😬.But it was an interesting game, and congratulations to Italy. I fell asleep before it ended so was happy to watch the penalties shoot outs today.
As the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. I had an extended walk following the usual route. I finally made it back home 🏡 safe and sound calling it a day 🙌.
