June 12 2020: Dad’s awake and crossed e jaundice scare
I wanted to post this earlier but because I have been so busy it didn’t get to go into #wednesdaywalk and #makemesmile on time.
What turned out to be not only thunderstorms for the weather but also for our hearts when my dad was still in ICU in need of extra blood , finally took a better turn when he finally was awake and clear in mind.
Being able to hear familiar family members’ relieved voices on the phone also brought him much comfort that he is still alive and well.
Though in pain, where the deep cut of the wound would require him to stay put a lot longer than he thought.
And coming to Saturday...
He just passed another Jaundice scare after out from ICU , and finally he could consume nourishing beverages and also soft diet.
Tomorrow will make another trip to see him if he is better, while hunting down for bulk wet wipes, but that would need to leave for another post.
