Human nature on display - Actifit report.

This crazy coronavirus lockdown world keeps turning. Going in to work each day is challenging in these times. Having colleagues verbally abused on a daily basis for something that is completely out of our control is tough. Kind of makes you question humanity a bit.

But then on the flip side, there are some lovely people out there also. The other day I spotted this note left in the otherwise empty toilet paper aisle.

The pic is a little hard to read, but simply says:

Woolies workers
thank you! 🙂

Sometimes a tiny little moment of thoughtfulness can lift spirits. That note is now sitting in our staff lunch room, on the wall near our clock in machine.

Important to remember that small actions can have a big impact. Keep in mind that everyone has a choice how we react, you can choose to be the jerk who calls a worker a lying c&%$ when you are told there is no more toilet paper today, or you can be someone who lifts the spirits of a team of 100 people trying to do their best in difficult circumstances.

Don't be a jerk.
