My Actifit Report Card: March 10 2020

Today was one of those days I didn't want to do anything. So after my first coffee I did go for a short walk, I almost drag myself to the woods. When I was there listening birds singing I was so happy I did it.

Spring is finaly here.

I even managed to do a little walk/jogg on the treadmill before lunch.
