My 3 months Journey

Hi! I’m Erin, This year 2021 I wanted to change my eating lifestyle because last year (2020) pandemic time my eating habit is not that healthy. I always eat junk foods, softdrinks, and not being active because of quarantine, stay at home rule.

So the start of the year 2021, I decided to change my eating habit to a healthy eating not just to get fit, but for my health also.

my body measurements at that time:

waist - 36
right arm -13
left arm -12.5
butt - 40
right leg - 25
left leg - 24
chest - 38

I did follow an exercise videos on Youtube. And I also looked up in the internet for the nutrition requirements that our body needs and dos and don’ts.

I do some workout 9am in the morning until 10am. for the first 2 months I did it everyday but in my 3rd month, I did not workout 7days a week because of I work mondays to saturdays. Sometimes I can’t workout because of tired but it is fine, because of my work I can help my parents for some bill payments and to buy some food for stocks.

I tried to cut off foods like rice, processed foods and sometimes i didn’t eat whole meal but after a week i realised that our body needs nutrients so I tried to eat veggies, meat for protein, fruits and low calorie foods. Also need to drink a lot of water.

After 2 weeks of cutting some foods, I tried to do intermittent fasting. I searched that there is a benefit if you do fasting. I did the 16:8, 16 hours of not eating and 8 hours window for me too eat anything I want. Until this day, April 12, 2021 I am still doing it.

If you don’t want to cut off foods totally, you can try to portion your foods like your 1 cup of rice, try to half it. If you are a Milktea drinker, and you drink 5times a week, you can drink mikltea but try to lessen it like once a week. You should have a discipline in yourself to reach your goal!

This is my update after 2 months. ^
I can’t see if there is a transformation but I am happy that I change my eating habit to healthier.

In my 3rd month, I have not took a photo of my update but i measured my body measurements and I am shocked that there is a improvements.

left arm - 11.5
butt - 37
right leg - 23
left leg - 23
chest - 36
I am happy for the result of my 3 months of working out and healthier eating habit.

In working out and doing some healthy stuff, I learn that you should not think that you need to loose weight, you should think that you should be healthier!
It is not easy and not fast to achieve your goal but little by little process, you will achieve it!

You should also have an inspiration so that you will be encourage of doing it.
