My first Covid Antigen test! ๐๐ต: January 21st 2022

I cancelled my booster appointment on Thursday because I wasn't feeling well and stayed in bed. So on Friday I thought I'd better go to the pharmacy to buy a Covid Antigen test just to be sure. ๐ค
I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the government had lowered the price to just under 3โฌ. Anyway, I took it home, followed the instructions and then waited the 15 minutes to find this! ๐๐ต
No second line, not even a faint one, so I don't have Covid, yay! ๐
Apparently it's just my usual allergy and menopause combo making me feel unwell! ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ๐
You see the symptoms are similar, nose and throat issues from the allergies, headache and chills from the menopause; fatigue from both! One can easily get confused! ๐คง๐ฅถ๐ด๐
Plus a lot of people I know have gotten it since Christmas, so I had reasons to suspect! Luckily for me, so far so good! ๐ค๐๐๐ป๐

Hey Liz! Good to see you!!! Thanks sweetie, 5 years later with the Menopause, on HRT and still suffering the consequences, I'm tired!!! Literally too as I keep waking up and wreck my sleep patterns, gain weight as I'm not burning my calories in my sleep as most do, gained another size so I've had to buy yet another pair of trousers this week! Arg! My gynaecologist says it could be up to another 5 years....I can't wait for this to be over!!! Anyway, enough ranting, at least I don't have Covid!!!! ๐

Hey @griega! Try a little liquid melatonin. I find that does wonders for sleep. I'm very susceptible to it, so see how it affects you, if you try it.
