Hey Liz! Good to see you!!! Thanks sweetie, 5 years later with the Menopause, on HRT and still suffering the consequences, I'm tired!!! Literally too as I keep waking up and wreck my sleep patterns, gain weight as I'm not burning my calories in my sleep as most do, gained another size so I've had to buy yet another pair of trousers this week! Arg! My gynaecologist says it could be up to another 5 years....I can't wait for this to be over!!! Anyway, enough ranting, at least I don't have Covid!!!! 😀

Hey @griega! Try a little liquid melatonin. I find that does wonders for sleep. I'm very susceptible to it, so see how it affects you, if you try it.
