A hedgehog in our garden ๐ฆ
We were raking away the leaves in our garden when we disturbed this sweet hedgehog ๐ We put back his bedding of leaves and left him in peace ๐
Iโve never seen a hedgehog before except when itโs met a tragic ending on the road! I was surprised it was so big and had such a sweet face ๐ฆ I hear that they eat up all the garden pests, so we hope it stays ๐
We found a couple of toads in our garden before hidden amongst some rotting wood ๐ธ When my husband moved the wood, they helped each other to escape. It warmed my heart ๐ My son, who was only 4 at the time, cried about their eviction ๐ฆ๐ป
Hey, coincidence, just posted up a hedgehog. Didn't find any hedgehogs in my garden during the huge renovation and now I am so fenced in I'd have to fly one in to get this useful creature to do her beautiful work. Love your son's tears!
